Itinerary:

Day1:Cochin:ArriveCochin. Transfer to hotel, Afternoon Excrusion to the Mattancherry Dutch Palace, a gift from the Portguese to the Raja of Kochi, Evening Enjoy a Performance of Kerala's Kathakali dancers(Optional). Overnight at Hotel.

Day2:Cochin-Munnar:(145Kms):Morning tour of Kochi including Jewish Synagogue, The Chinese fishing nets and the St. Francis Church. Afternoon drive to Munnar(138Km/3Hrs30Min) the hill resort in the western Ghats famous for its plantations. Overnight at hotel.

Day3:Munnar:A day to relax and unwind amidst the cooler climate of the delightful cardamom hills. Optional:Visit Eravikulam National Park, Echo point and the Tea Gardens. Overnight at Hotel.

Day4:Munnar-Thekkady(100Kms):Morning free to relax Afternoon Drive(110Km-4hrs 30min) to Thekkady, Locatede close to the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Overnight at Hotel.

Day5:Thekkady-Kumarakom(125Kms):Early Morning enjoy a boat ride on the Periyar Lake famous for its Wild Elephants and bird life. Return to hotel for Breakfast and drive to the picturesque backwaters of Kumarakom (130Kms-3hrs) . Rest of the day At Leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day6:(Kumarakom- Houseboat: Breakfast at the hotel . Later check into the housenoat for an overnight cruise nthrough the backwaters of Kerala. Cruise till 6 in the evening, by then houseboat halts in the Lake fo an  overnight stay. (Next Day, Cruising starts at 7am). Unwind yourself watching bthe endless strips of greenery passing by you while the boat moves at the rtealxing pace. Overnight at hotel.

Day7:Alleppey-Kovalam:Drive to Kovalam (165Kms-5hrs) India's most spectacular beach resort. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day8:Kovalam(16Kms):Morning city tour of Thiruvanathapuram. Optional:Full day Excrusion to Kanyakumari &Back to include the Padmanabhapuram Palace & Vivekanada Rock Memorial. Overnight at hotel.

Day9:Kovalam-Trivandrum:Transfer to Trivandrum airport for you flight to onward to destination.
